At ASH 2023, Dr. Elizabeth Hill from the National Cancer Institute presented data from a Phase II trial where high-risk SMM patients received carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone for eight 28-day cycles, followed by two years of lenalidomide maintenance therapy (KRd-R).
