But these <strong>inactive cancer cells<\/strong> can be active at any time and cause life-threatening metastases. <strong>Scientists <\/strong>at the <strong>Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center <\/strong>announced that they had figured out on how to stop dormant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delveinsight.com\/report-store\/triple-negative-breast-cancer-tnbc-market-insight\">breast cancer<\/a> cells from waking up. And the key is to disturb a signaling system in blood vessels that protects the cells as they sleep. Also, two compounds have been recognised that can interfere this protective signaling and cause the dormant cells to become responsive to chemotherapy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#fdfdfd\" class=\"has-text-color has-background has-very-dark-gray-background-color\"><strong>Redx\nget approval for Wnt cancer trial after safety scare<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Redx <\/strong>was compelled to suspend a <strong>phase 1\/2a<\/strong> trial of its <strong>porcupine inhibitor <\/strong>for <strong>solid tumors<\/strong>, but now got approval for testing it again. The <strong>U.K. biotech<\/strong>\u00a0announced that\u00a0the <strong>Medicines and Healthcare<\/strong> products Regulatory Agency has been given OK to go with the trial of <strong>RXC004<\/strong>, which targets the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delveinsight.com\/report-store\/wnt-signaling-pathway-inhibitor-pipeline-insight\">Wnt embryonic signaling pathway<\/a><\/strong> and is believed to disrupt tumor processes including <strong>tumorigenesis, metastasis <\/strong>and resistance.
