It will help identify pneumothorax which is the buildup of air inside the pleural cavity, caused by injury either to the lung or the chest wall. Usually, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delveinsight.com\/report-store\/pneumonia-pneumococcal-market\">Pneumothorax <\/a><\/strong>is detected via chest X-rays, but it still remains difficult to diagnose. Called <strong>HealthPNX<\/strong>, it will benefit around 70,000 people affected in the U.S. by reducing the diagnostic time and accurate radiography results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Advances_in_Cell_Therapy_for_Diabetes\"><\/span><strong>Advances in Cell Therapy for Diabetes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Semma Therapeutics<\/strong>&#8211; a Harvard-born startup has been successful in converting stem cells into insulin-producing beta-cells for treating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delveinsight.com\/report-store\/diabetic-nephropathy-market\">Diabetes<\/a>. A Study published in the journal Nature reveals that earlier, their simulations could only produce only 30% of the functioning <strong>beta-cells, <\/strong>but now the proportion has increased up to 80%. Scientist at Semma also developed other innovative methods to accelerate the number of functioning beta cells with the help of a protein only found in beta cells. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stem_Cells_are_the_talk_of_town\"><\/span><strong>Stem Cells are the talk of town<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Scientists at the <strong>Morgridge Institute for Research <\/strong>recently used <strong>Pluripotent Stem cells<\/strong> to grow Smooth Muscle cells and Arteries to help patients suffering from <strong>cardiovascular disease<\/strong>. They were also successful in identifying a new small drug RepSox, which can benefit patients undergoing <strong>Bypass surgery<\/strong> by reducing pain. The drug also holds the potential in lowering down the risk associated with Corrective Surgeries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Viral_Machinery_is_now_out_in_open\"><\/span><strong>Viral Machinery is now out in open <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Researchers at <strong>Harvard Medical School&#8217;<\/strong>s Blavatnik Institute have successfully uncovered the mechanism by which some of the deadly viruses (causing <strong>Lassa fever<\/strong>, <strong>La Crosse<\/strong> and <strong>Rift Valley fever<\/strong>, etc.,) replicate and cannibalise host body. The new findings yielded that the viral machinery can be targeted by inhibiting its progression or replication.
