There exist several treatment options for multiple myeloma but still, it is incurable as the patient eventually go into remission and relapses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"BLU-667_drug_shrinks_60_of_lung_cancers\"><\/span><strong>BLU-667 drug shrinks 60% of lung cancers<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blueprint Medicines<\/strong>\u2019 RET inhibitor <strong>BLU-667 <\/strong>shrank tumor rate in 60% of a difficult-to-treat group of lung cancer patients. Lung cancer patients with RET mutations were not being benefitted from the targeted therapy. The research revealed that BLU-667 is also stopping the progression of tumor in sites other than lungs such as the brain. BLU-667 was also tested on patients with RET-altered <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delveinsight.com\/report-store\/medullary-thyroid-cancer-market\">medullary thyroid cancer<\/a> <\/strong>(MTC), which shrank tumors in 63% of patients had previously been treated with Sanofi Genzyme\u2019s Caprelsa or Exelixis\u2019 Cabometyx. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Enfortumab_results_in_declining_of_Bladder_cancer\"><\/span><strong>Enfortumab results in declining of Bladder cancer<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Astellas <\/strong>and <strong>Seattle Genetics\u2019<\/strong> collaborative drug led to a significant decline in tumor in patients with advanced <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.delveinsight.com\/report-store\/bladder-cancer-market\">bladder cancer<\/a><\/strong>. <strong>Enfortumab vedotin <\/strong>an antibody-drug conjugate combines an antibody that targets a specific protein present on the surface of tumor cells. These cells have already been pretreated with chemotherapy and the drug penetrates and kills cancer cells.
