  • Inconsistent or delayed reporting of lead indicators such as sales volume, patient volume, share of patient and market share across lines.
  • Lag indicators such as awareness, share of voice, coverage, market access, treatment duration, doses administered these were not effectively aggregated or visualised.
  • No unified platform to compare country-wise performance at monthly, quarterly, yearly intervals leading to missed opportunities to identify under-performing markets or brands in time.

  • Lead KPI tracking was established covering sales, volume, number of patients, patient share and market share across lines.
  • Lag KPI metrics included awareness levels, share of voice, coverage, market access, treatment duration and dose metrics.
  • A centralised data-repository was developed through collaboration with LOC teams to ensure timely availability of required data.
  • Rigorous data sanity-checks were conducted on the large dataset before publishing on the dashboard to ensure reliability for high-level review. 

The result: a web-based interactive KPI dashboard built by DelveInsight that offers visualisations, monthly executive summaries, and evolution indices to compare individual country performance.
